In this image, there is a deep elevation of the retina. Clear subretinal fluid is present. In addition, there is hyper-reflective material in the subretinal space. There is also elevation of the RPE. A lacy area of vascularization was noted on OCT in the outer retina and choriocapillaris.

The patient was diagnosed with a choroidal neovascular membrane (CNV) secondary to wet AMD.
